Assistant Lead Cable Engineer - Fluent Dutch & English / Netherlands

Our client has an urgent vacancy for an experienced cable engineer for their on to offshore connection project.
The project is to connect two offshore grids to the onshore grid.
Your scope is to manage the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the 220kV and 380kV cable systems. As assistant Lead, you will report directly to the Lead engineer whilst having a certain level of autonomy and responsibility.
Although this is an offshore project you will based in Arnhem in the Netherlands.
This is a great role with longevity. The initial contract is for 1 year but could lead to permanent work.

To be considered for this role you must have the following as a minimum;
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Cabling.
- 5 years experience in leading construction or electrical projects.
- Fluent in BOTH Dutch and English.

- Willing to travel.
