Geophysical Advisor - Middle East

An independent E&P company are seeking an experienced Geophysical Advisor to lead a multinational G&G team across the Middle East, to be based in UAE, Oman or Iraq.

Key accountabilities include:

• The identification, maturation and delivery of prospects that have the potential to yield high value to the portfolio in line with strategy
• Undertake efficient and accurate assessment of new areas, data rooms (requiring international travel) and delivery of sound business recommendations to support portfolio growth
• To deliver high quality seismic interpretations and maps that as much as possible accurately depict structural geometry and geological features in support of prospect and play definition
• To deliver accurate and reliable risk and resource assessments of prospects to ensure portfolio reliability
