Description

Automation lead (Safety and Automation System (SAS)- and instrument):

• Responsible for the Unmanned Process Platform (UPP), two Unmanned Wellhead Platforms (UWP) and Power from Shore.

• Shall also have overall PS system responsibility for: PS 3 Gas Detection System, PS 4 Emergency Shut Down System (ESD), PS 7 Fire Detection System, PS 22 Alarm Management and PS 23 IT-/cyber security.

• Responsible also for SAS- and instrument interface across all building blocks including subsea.

• Shall also ensure that Company's ambitions related to digitization are realized in the  project and therefore need to have a "Design-to Digital" mindset and experience.

• Work closely together with the person who is covering the Oseberg Mods scope.

• Ensure the technical integrity of Automation / SAS-system across all the installations

Typical tasks:

• Establish relations with engineering contractor’s automation discipline (instrumentation and SAS).

• Follow-up contractor’s discipline deliverables.

• Technical clarifications within the discipline.

• Provide input to relevant documentation for the discipline / follow up contractor’s input.

• Coordinate with Technical Integrity and company internal stakeholders with regards to technical information for the installations and coordination of ongoing projects / tasks at the installations

• Follow-up automation specific activities and contribute with discipline and project knowledge.

• Identify and contribute to closing of technical uncertainties (RISK)

Requirements

? • Master of Science or Bachelor of Science within Automation

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the automation discipline for a Master degree and minimum 14 years for a Bachelor degree

• Automation competence: Experienced both within SAS- and instrumentation discipline and with good system competence and understanding to ensure the technical integrity for the SAS/Automation systems across all installations.

• Also need to have earlier experience from working with cyber security for larger installations

• Design-to-digital competence and experience is an advantage

• Language requirements English
