Contract Administrator - Construction - SOR / Australia

One of our clients who's an award winning commercial contractor has just secured a large construction project south of the river and in turn we are now seeking the services of Contracts Administrator to join their exciting team on. This role is a permanent position and a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for their next career move.

 The desired candidate will ideally be university qualified with local commercial construction experience across industrial, education, retail and general commerical construction projects. You will have a strong ability to work and achieve deadlines under pressure and will be enthusiastic to learn new software and adapt to the company's systems of practice. Ideally you will have a strong background of negotiations with subcontractors and will have a proven history of planning and scheduling. Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team. CHEOPS experience would be preferred.
