We currently have a new 6 month contract full time position available with a global company for an Receptionist based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
The role will in the Administration team where you will play an important part of liaising with both Clients and Engineering and Technician teams.
In your role you will be:
- Performing administrative support activities, entrance and access controls at a receptionist's desk
- Receiving and switching incoming calls.
- Maintaining journals and documentation in receptionists files
- General receptionist duties
You will have 2+ years with excellent customer service skills, with good organisational and communication skills with experience in administration support, bookings and phone manner.
