We are currently looking for a Mine Planning Superintendent to join a Copper mining company based in Africa. The company is looking for someone that has experience of working with feasibility studies, project planning and a strategic thought process.
The role is an 8/2 FIFO rotation with an industry competitive package including, travel allowance, accommodation allowance and a salary paid in USD.
This position will be reporting to the Manager Mine Technical Services.
The qualifying candidate will ideally have:
·Bachelor of Engineering Degree in mining.
·10+ years' experience in Open Pit operations.
·French language skills highly desirable.
·Knowledge of MineSight, Datamine or Surpac software systems.
