Qualifications needed to perform job:

Microsoft Office proficiency; experienced user of both Word (more specifically utilizing the Mail Merge function) and Excel
Strong self-organization and time-management skills
Goal, solution, and detail-oriented with the ability to remain flexible, motivated, and focused during times of changing priorities and compressed project deadlines

Responsibilities of person performing job:

Assist our Midstream Marker project by populating a template letter and utilizing Mail Merge to send notification letters to surface owners
Support the Landmen on the team by running title (using our internal systems, as well as searching external databases) and pulling all relevant agreements
- Depending on candidate’s experience and familiarity with O&G contracts, candidate might also be asked to analyze agreements and provide Landmen with their recommendation
Will assist our P&A program by populating a template letter and utilizing Mail Merge to send notification letters to surface owners
