Highways Chief Resident Engineer/Team leader: Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Highways Team Leader for a construction supervision project in Pakistan.

Opportunity:

My client is a leading International consultancy firm who are Looking for a Resident Engineer for a 200+ km highway/ expressway in Pakistan. You would be working as part of an International team on behalf of the client & International Funding Institute throughout the Supervision phase.

Responsibilities on the project:

The Team Leader shall be responsible for supervising the construction of this major projects and be responsible for leading all activities, supported by other experts including Material Engineers, Commercial managers.

Duties shall include progress reporting, stakeholder management and contractual elements to the scheme.

Key requirements for the role:

• M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related subject

• 20+ years of experience as Resident Engineer

• 10+ projects in a Team Leader/Chief Resident engineer role

• Ideally previous experience of projects in Middle East, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Korean & European Union.

• Previous experience of working in the region and on donor funded projects for an International firm.
