Description

• Advice in set-up and use of document management systems

• Implement document management solutions in investment projects and provide DM best practice advice

• Perform training and build competence in the Document Management department and assist with training in projects

• Prepare and produce user documentation

• Ensure handling of information and documentation according to Company security requirements

• Operation of document management assignment groups in the service system

• Assist as temporary Document Manager (start-up, peaks, closing) if required

• System support (Doc@S (Sharepoint Online and Pims DC, Pims TQ), TIE)

Requirements

• Relevant business experience, preferably 3-10 years

• Knowledge to or experience from document management or information management, preferably in large projects.

• Strong IT competence in Office365 with focus on Sharepoint Online

• Proactive, systematic, accountable and service minded

• Ability to work both hands-on and strategic

• Team player and motivator

• Mobile, and with good abilities to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Flexible regarding tasks and responsibilities

• High ethical awareness and integrity

• SSU focused

• Simplification and improvement focused

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and Norwegian

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science, IT or other relevant education
