Work Location: Stavanger

Description

  • Follow up document owner deliveries according to planned submission dates
  • Quality control of metadata for documents in different Document Management Systems to ensure correct use
  • Organize documents in several repositories (fileshares) for migration to DMS or Sharepoint
  • Organise printing and distribution of hard copies with aim to digitalise where relevant
  • Facilitate and order translation of documents to ensure correct security of documents
  • Act as the contact person for Document Control processes within Operations, D&W and Noaka and contribute to implementation of new Document Management System
  • Advise and support in document management, records management, metadata governance in relation to implementation of D2 and other Document Management Systems used in company
  • Other tasks as assigned by leader

Requirements

  • Higher education or experience in Document Management activities
  • 1-3 years’ experience with information management
  • Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
  • Familiar with Document Management Systems; ProArc and Documentum, Sharepoint Document Libraries
  • Applicants with good knowledge of the challenges experienced operating offshore installations will be preferred.
