Professional Context:

The Clients France Network has 2100 service stations. Station maintenance is provided by a service of 30 people organised into 2 poles: a team headquarters and a field team. The team Headquarters Contracts maintains the equipment of the service stations of the Network France through 28 contracts in very varied fields. The team manages 70 providers. To refocus the team in their core business (3 employees + 1 external service provider), and Lighten up administrative tasks, we are looking for an "Office type" service to carry out the following activities and missions listed below.

Deliverables:

  • Perform monthly monitoring of performance indicators for all contracts maintenance (about 80 KPIs), and their financial valuation according to the bonuses / malus contractual.
  • Monthly monitoring of programmed maintenance campaigns (about 500 campaigns for all service providers).
  • Preparation of quarterly steering committees (about 50 / quarter): making appointments, make Outlook invitations, book meeting room, request badges and places parking, reserve break, send the agenda, build the presentation file. Animation of the COPIL and write the report of COPIL.
  • At the end of the COP of COPIL, feed of a file summarising the actions of improvement of the maintenance service.
  • Order registration in SAP and feeding of our budget tracking tool (about 300 orders / year). Management of budget progress monitoring.
  • Upon receipt of the summary file of new service stations (approximately 2 / month), ensure that the maintenance contracts are well set up in SAP, so that the equipment belonging to the Client are taken into account by the service providers.
  • Communication: participation and representation of the maintenance at the editorial committee of the
  • Network magazine / animate the WAT maintenance community daily maintenance charts to communicate to service provider's maintenance.
  • Update the sheets summarising the maintenance contracts (In-design software)

Technical prerequisites:

  • Office Knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) / Outlook Knowledge of in-design would be a plus

Start date - End date:

  • 01/01/19 to 31/12/19 with possibility of renewal
