Missions:
To promote safety culture within the projects and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing.
To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.
To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
To work by anticipation.
With the spirit of values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects. To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.
To collect and consolidate information from various PBF departments and Projects Packages in order to produce and dispatch regularly the different Project reports internally and/or externally.
To assist Reporting Leader to produce and distribute, as required and in timely manner, the following reports during the projects phases (from pre-project to start-up & operations):
Internal Weekly Reports to management, PJC and projects’ teams (including Relations Manager).
Summary Monthly Reports to PJC.
Monthly Reports to HQ, management, PJC and projects’ teams.
Monthly Reports to Relations and DB17 Partners coordinator.
Half-yearly Report (including “Project Data sheet”) to PJC.
To manage the logistics required for holding projects’ meetings and, when required, to participate in various Projects weekly meetings and produce the Minutes of Meetings.
To produce and distribute, in a timely manner and when required, the Minutes of Meeting of the various Projects weekly meetings.
To contribute to the compilation of Projects presentations, as and when required.
Accountabilities
Designee nominated by contractor is accountable to:
? Organize his job in full respect and within the limit of defined and approved planning & budgets.
? Have good relationships with other Departments / Packages of the Division.
? Ensure a transversal way of working, in a good team spirit.
Qualifications / Experience required
Qualification : Technician (Bac+2)
Professional Experience : 2 year’s experience with significant experience of Oil and Gas industry Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft pack office software expected.
Language : Fluent English speaking/writing mandatory, French &/or Portuguese optional
Strong organization and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
Missions:
- The jobholder is responsible for the reporting aspects of the project (but not limited to).
- The jobholder reports to the Reporting Leader.
- The jobholder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.
- The jobholder shall observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties.
