Estimating Manager / Bahrain

This well known Contracting organisation who operate throughout the Middle East currently requires an experienced Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator to head up a highly successful department in Bahrain.
 
Previous experience in the preparation of estimates for building projects such as hotels, residential developments, commercial and mixed use in the BD 20–60 million range is required.
 
An energetic and innovative approach to the estimating process is demanded and a good knowledge of both analytical and negotiated tendering procedures is essential.
