The client is seeking a Communication and
Training Advisor to conduct performance
improvement communication and training within the business unit. The key responsibilities as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Process Improvement fluency within the organization
a. Create, update, and maintain PI training and
governance materials. Training materials will include
video modules, interactive training modules, and
PowerPoint materials.
b. Create and implement PI training plan. Coordinate,
track, and provide training throughout the
organization. Travel to Midland and potentially field
locations will be required.
c. Train PI team and functional coordinators to teach
PI materials and continue to build PI fluency once the
program reaches steady state.
d. Provide stakeholder feedback to PI team and work
with PI Coordinator to refine and update PI
governance.
2. Send PI Communications within the business unit
a. Create and implement a PI communications plan.
This includes sending PI newsletters, PI success
announcements, holding poster sessions, sending out
major milestone updates, etc.…
b. Manage PI presence on internal social media and
internal websites. Manage workplace group and PI
postings.
c. Manage PI R&A program. Work with PI Coordinator
and leaders to create governance. Submit all R&A’s
initially, then train functional coordinators to pick up
the responsibility.
- 5-7 years experience required
