Description
- HR support for the HRM Processing HR transactions in the HR systems
- Benefits enrolments for new hires
- Working with HRM to create and communicate policies and procedures
- Updates for employees – salary, job titles, etc
- Supports with recruitment processes and onboarding
- Responsible for handling HR documents and record keeping
- Supports in handling HR social events, meetings, etc.
- Backup for the HRM on HR matters whenever the HRM is not available
- Respond to questions from employees and managers
- Any other HR operational/administrative responsibilities assigned by the HRM
Requirements
- 2-5 years of HR administration experience with a certificate/diploma in HR preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service focused
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience in recruitment
- Payroll experience would be an asset
