Contracts Manager / England

This contractor in the new build social housing market is looking for key staff to work on a number of confirmed forthcoming contracts. As a reputable business, they consistently aim to be leaders in building relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers alike.
 
To capitalize further on their competitive advantage, they need to attract a Contracts Manager for manage two to four projects depending on size and complexity within and around the M25.  Project cost range will be from £15M - £40M
 
A track record of and relevant experience combined with the ability to commence and complete contracts in a profitable and timely manner is required. Experience required in New Build RC Frames , Traditional Build , Residential Units working with HA’s and also Development Projects
 
Your role as a Contracts Manager  will be require you to regularly visit all sites within your control; checking on programme and progress, the standard and quality of work, the management of safety, the adequacy and accuracy of records, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, the correct use of sub-contractors and labour and the company’s image. Experienced in writing Monthly Client Reports and presenting to clients & Project Review Reports presenting to Directors
