Operations Manager / Bahrain

This is an opportunity to join a well-known construction company with operations throughout the Middle East. Due to the award of a number of new building and civil engineering projects, they urgently require an experienced Operations Manager to become immediately involved in the effective delivery of a number of projects in Bahrain.
 
As Operations Manager you will assume responsibility for all site operations. Monitoring progress of works and liaising with Project Managers and other senior site staff to identify potential problems and to instigate measures to address them. Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standard.
 
You will represent the company at project progress meetings and must ensure the company interests are protected. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and consultants.
 
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in a related discipline and have demonstrable experience working for main contractors, of which at least 5 years must have been in a similar position. Previous experience working in the Middle East would be advantageous.
