Chief Resident Engineer - Hydropower - (Afghanistan)

My client is urgently seeking a Chief Resident Engineer to supervise the construction and rehabilitation of Hydropower plant in Afghanistan. You will be responsible for the effective execution of the consulting services at site the project itself is greenfield consisting of Concrete Dam and Powerhouse. Majority of underground work has been completed and its concrete work remains. Location: Afghanistan Client: Engineering Consultancy

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous Team Leader/ CRE experience

* Civil Engineering Degree

* 15 years of professional experience in the field of Dams and hydropower construction

* 10 years of experience in management and supervision of implementation of similar projects.

* High communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good relations at work, at all levels and with all involved parties.

* Experience working in Afghanistan or region, highly desirable. Salary Package: Up to 13,000 euros per month ( Including Accommodation, 4 Flights per year, Insurance and Site Travel)
