Contract Administrator - SOR / Australia

I’m currently recruiting a Contract Administrator for a valuable client of mine. If you‘re looking for a contractor who’s based south of the river and moving into the Tier 2 space then this could be the position for you.

The desired candidate will ideally be university qualified with new building construction experience ideally commercial construction up to $15m. You will have a strong ability to work and achieve deadlines under pressure and will be enthusiastic to learn new software and adapt to the company's systems of practice. Ideally you will have a strong background of negotiations with subcontractors and will have a proven history of planning and scheduling. Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
