Contract Specialist - Oil & Gas Sector / France

Our client is a global project services company for the Oil & Gas sector. This is a Staff position based South East of Paris to take responsibility for reviewing and negotiating Scope of Works contracts for Europe & Africa.

This includes review, drafting, negotiation and management of client revenue contracts, in compliance with Bid-It-Standard (GPS-COR-15001), support to the tender team, and to the Project Group during contract execution phase.

We are seeking a law degree, paralegal or equivalent with 2-5 years' experience of contract review in the Oil & Gas sector, fluent in French and English to complex contractual level. Other language skills, such as Arabic, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese would be a bonus. You will be skilled in Bid-It-Standard, Deviation Approval Forms, Standard Terms and Conditions, Product Contracting, Product Contracting, Risk Assessments, Close Out of Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Frame Agreements, Vendor Agreements.
