Customer Support Representative - Warehouse / Canada

We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas industry. Our client, a large oilfield service company, is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to be based in Leduc, AB on 8 month contract. Individuals would be required to be local to the Leduc area as no LOA or relocation will be provided. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6:30pm, weekend rotation every 4th weekend and OT as required.

 

Job Description

• Taking customer orders from Sales and opening Work Order's for equipment building.
• Creating delivery tickets for shipping orders.

Requirements

• Logistic or warehouse support experience
• Strong computer skills or SAP proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of ESP is a bonus
