The Health and Hygiene Lead will report to the Manager HSE Operations.  The Health and Hygiene Lead will take responsibility for the overall advice and support to enable hygiene projects and improvements on site including managing all elements of compliance.

Key accountabilities include though are not limited to:

• Provide support on health and hygiene management aspects to the operational team in line with regulatory requirements and internal company standards
• Oversee QA/QC of the health and hygiene data from the service provider
• Identify health and hygiene projects, risk critical controls and performance standards
• Provide support to effectively deploy Health Standards across the business by managing the above and also other Hygiene Professionals

The ideal Health and Hygiene Lead will have 5-7 with a minimum of 3 years in site based hygiene position. Formal qualifications of a Bachelor Degree in Science/Nursing/Physiotherapy/Certified Industrial Hygienist or equivalent.

You will demonstrate excellence in interpersonal skill to ensure the marketing and communications across the organisation and external networks are conducted efficiently and effectively.

This is a permanent position based on NSW and is set to commence immediately.  Initially this will commence on a contract basis progressing to permanent employment.  In return for your professional commitment and expertise you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the direction of role within a supportive and innovative team environment.
