They have established themselves well across the fit out / refurbishment and construction space over the past 25 years having a national presence across six states. They have built up strong relationships across client and subcontractors across both their commercial fit out and construction divisions.
Due to continued growth within their business, an opportunity has become available for a Contract Administrator to join their team. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the full support of project and site teams, which will give you the opportunity to develop into a Project Manager in the long term.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Relevant engineering or construction related tertiary qualification
A minimum of 2-3 years Contract Administration experience
Experience working across commercial fit out / refurbishment projects $2m+
