I am now seeking a construction Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner with fluency in both French and English for a role based in Paris, France.
This role will suit an ambitious Planning Engineer or someone who already has experience of delay and forensic planning who is keen to take the next step and to join a successful specialist firm working on claims and dispute resolution for building construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors.
My client is a successful firm of claims and delay consultants with a offices worldwide.
They have work in the UK, USA, Australasia, Canada, Europe, Middle East and elsewhere and are involved on claims work for buildings, infrastructure, oil & gas, process projects etc.
They are now seeking a Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner or Planning Engineer with some limited experience of delay with fluency in both French and English.
You must be a skilled planning engineer with at least eight years’ or more experience in the construction / engineering industry.
Ideally you will have done some forensic planning and delay work including EOT, critical path analysis, report writing etc.
You may also have an MSc in Construction Law or MCIArb or similar.
You must have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
You will need to have excellent knowledge across various contract types, and be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
My client offers excellent prospects as their Paris office which is currently very small is expanding.
Salary is very negotiable in the region of Euro 50,000 to 90,000 plus pension, good bonus etc.
