KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate and administer recruitment, hiring and on boarding process for European offices
· Employment contracts: working out the individual documents in compliance with applicable (local) labour legislation, tax legislation, employment legislation and company rules and benefits
· Coordinate the full assignment process for all expatriates across the Group
· Payroll & personnel administration: timely execution of payments of salaries and fees
· Administration and monitoring benefits: BE, NL, UK
· Personnel related budget and staff plan: making, monitoring and control
· HSE responsible in BE, NL, UK offices
· HR reporting and metrics (Headcount, FTEs, etc.)
· Provide HR support and guidance to the personnel, internal communication, promote a positive employee relations climate
· Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
· Effective professional interaction with group HR team (St. Petersburg & Uralsk)

· Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and legal trends affecting HR-related activities.
· Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, processes and systems
· External communication with payroll offices, recruitment offices, national authorities, employers' organizations, etc.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS
· Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field
· Proven work experience in HR role in the international environment (5+ years)
· Considerable knowledge of principles, practices and HR regulations
· Strong knowledge of labour and employment laws in Belgium and The Netherlands, eventually also foreign employment regulations and rules (UK, Kazakhstan, Russia)
· Experience in working with expatriates
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office programs, experienced with HRIS, SAP HR preferred)
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, deliver results
· Fluency in spoken and written English, Dutch, ideally knowledge of Russian
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
· Starting date: as soon as possible
· Duration: permanent
· Working schedule: 5 working days/ 2 days off
· Location: Brussels
