With over ten years experience delivering high quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across the east-coast of Australia and in New Zealand, they have built a strong foundation with their clients which has given them repeat business over the past ten years.
Due to continued growth within their business, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team. You will have full autonomy and responsibility for your own projects managing up to 4 projects at anyone time depending on their value.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Experience managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Relevant tertiary of trade qualification
- Financial forecasting / budget control
- Preparation of construction programme
- Issuing RFI's
- Preparation of OH&S plans
