Title: Brand Manager
Salary: £50,000 £70,000 + local benefits
We are looking for a brand manager within the soft drinks industry. The role itself involves managing a pioneering drinks brand making exciting innovations in its product range.
*Responsible for ensuring that renowned brand continue to resonate with current customers, along with sourcing new potential customers.
*Develop brand/ marketing plans and manage product portfolios
*Monitor and analyze brand performance and SKUs rationalisation
*Ownership over brand, developing and managing the strategic plans
*Creative control & commercial responsibility across the budget and P&L
*Manage ROI on marketing spend with a focus on delivering key metrics of volume and share within budget
*Remain up to date with marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
*Managing and improving relationships with Internal and external stakeholders
*Work closely with commercial and Trade Marketing Teams to create, develop and implement engaging brand experiences
*Develop strong consumer promotions & leverage in-store visibility to create impactful brand presence.
*Forsee factors driving consumer choice of brand and usage behaviour
*Contribute to the creation of the media advertising on the brands
*Proven brand management experience required to manage, lead and inspire marketing team
*Able to gain strong understanding of consumer, with an ability to find and unlock potential opportunities within a brand.
*Knowledge in consumer behaviour drivers
*Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to instil insights and propose relevant recommendations
This individual must be able to speak & write fluent English
