Innovative Commercial Construction organisation is currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator. Reporting to the Bid Manager and working with 2 Administrators, you will ensure the Bid process is executed effectively, and that no stone is left unturned.
To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to;
Research and analyse, ensuring the organisation is captialising on new business opportunities
Develop and implement bid delivery processes
Have exceptional verbal and written communications, with the ability to create all internal and external publications
Manage budget and forecasts for bids
Establish scope across business development, including management of all agreements, including PSA's
Stakeholder management, client engagement
Accountable for the quality of the Bid including graphics and copy
Manage Bid process improvement
The successful incumbent will have come from a similar role, having worked within Construction / Engineering with demonstrated experience working in a lead role on successful submission. Strong client engagement and networking capabilities as well as exceptional written communications is essential. Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing or Graphics, highly regarded.
