They are now seeking a SUPERSTAR Business Development Manager dedicated to continuing to grow their current rent roll. They are an award winning office for their business development and bring in over 200 properties per annum gross.
The current Business Development Manager has been with the company for many years and is moving out of the area to do her own thing so they will be looking for a replacement to fill some BIG shoes!
The current BDM's ability has been recognised within the group winning the 'Number 1 Property Management Department and Business Development Award' two years consecutively.
As a Business Development Manager your role will include:
" Work on existing leads generated by other parts of the business " Arranging and conducting rental appraisals " Marketing of properties listed for lease " Liaising with tenants and landlords " Coordinating marketing of Property Management services " Develop and implementing new business development initiatives and strategies " Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will have:
" Residential Real Estate experience in Business Development " Outstanding communication skills " First class negotiation skills and an infectious enthusiasm " Professional presentation " An agents representative certificate
