Associate Director of Supply Chain  Radiopharmaceuticals  North America
We are currently representing a leading Nuclear Medicine company that focus their efforts in developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative radiopharmaceuticals used in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of disease. Due to the continued success and expansion globally the need for an Associate Director of Supply Chain has arisen within the companys headquarters in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising supply chain reliability, efficiency & effectiveness and will report to the VP Business Development.
Responsibilities;
*Execute strategic programs in international and domestic sourcing, distribution and warehousing
*Work closely with project management, product development and operations on new product development and enhancement programs to ensure effective sourcing of materials to meet specifications, material requirements and pricing from suppliers
*Monitor and report of cost trends for key commodities impacting product categories
*Develop and meet inventory goals for the company which effectively balances cash flow, industry leading product lead times and inventory turn rates
*Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities
*Assist in development of a distribution infrastructure that supports our clients in the most cost effective and efficient manner
Requirements;
*Degree educated in relevant academic subject
*5+years experience in manufacturing
*Prior experience in supply chain involving radioactive products
*Excellent negotiation and management skills
