Sales Director Central Region IVD
We are currently representing a leading Molecular Diagnostic conglomerate that produces a wide range of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) and immunoassay products. Due to the continued expansion of the IVD market and success of this multinational an opportunity has arisen as a Sales Director for the companies IVD portfolio throughout central US. The successful candidate should have extensive experience within the IVD industry, will be responsible for managing all sales actives throughout the assigned territory and will report directly to the VP US Sales.
*Full accountability for revenue generation throughout Europe for the IVD portfolio, with responsibility for forecasting and delivering numbers
*Effectively manage both direct and indirect sales channels to drive company growth and obtain key market share
*Provide support and leadership to a team of sales specialists and liaise with the marketing and product management departments, working together to grow the IVD business
*Create successful sales infrastructure by identifying, creating and maintaining key client business accounts. This will include effectively negotiating key deals and closing agreements with clients
*7+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
*Extensive knowledge of the Life Science and Diagnostic industry with prior experience within a sales management position within the IVD arena
*Degree educated in Life Science subject
*Motivated and passionate sales professional, with excellent track record in management and sales performance
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
